Congratulations to Aaron Ortwein from Glenelg High School who has been selected to receive the Howard County Public Schools Superintendent’s Award at UMBC beginning with the Fall 2019 semester.  As you are aware, this prestigious award is offered to a limited number of entering freshmen who have earned academic distinction during their high school careers.
