Regardless of virtual or in-person learning, parents/guardians must verify and/or update information for each child. Parents/guardians can complete Family File by logging in to HCPSS Connect.

Did you forget your password?

• Please click on the Forgot Password link on the main login page of HCPSS Connect. An email will be sent to the email address on file for you to re-set your password.

Do you need to change your primary email address on file?

• Please email Alicia_Bauer@hcpss.org and provide the following information in your email to verify your account and to process the change request:
  • Parent Name
  • Student Name
  • Student ID #
  • Old Email Address
  • New Email Address
