Students planning on obtaining their driving permit over the summer need to complete the Attendance Form (DL-300A). The new form does NOT need to be completed by the school but does need to be completed before applying for their driving permit through the MVA. The new form is the DL-300A and can be completed here (the form is a PDF, it may appear in a new tab or please look in your downloads for the form).
