TESTING

MISA and MCAP

Students in Grades 9 – 12 will participate in multiple standardized state tests (science, math, and English language arts) between Sep 20 and Oct 8. Students and families will receive more detailed information next week.

Students will test based on their current grade and courses completed last school year (20-21).

Participation alone in these tests (not score earned) will fulfill the student’s graduation requirement and will not affect their individual class grades or GPA. Additional information can be found at HCPSS Testing Information.

PSAT

Students in grades 9 – 11 will take the PSAT on October 13. Stay tuned for details.

FOR ALL TESTS

Students must bring their fully charged HCPSS Chromebook daily, including testing dates! Students without their Chromebook will not be able to access these tests.

FOR ALL ELA TESTS

Students must bring their own wired headphones. Wireless devices are not permitted.
