Congratulations to Emmanuel Mekasha and Nicole Wildy for scoring in the top 2.5% on the PSAT/NMSQT among high school junior test-takers in our region who identify as one or more of the following: African American, Hispanic American or Latinx, Indigenous, or attend school in a rural area, or from a small town. These students are invited to participate in the College Board National Recognition Programs (CBRP). Congratulations on your amazing accomplishment!Fri, 04/24/2020 - 2:40pm
This week we were invited to participate in the virtual Watershed Summit and see the amazing things our students are working on. Typically, students attend the Watershed Summit as part of their science class. This year, Ava Stamatakis and Ashna Pandya worked on their presentation before school let out and then put in the time this week to prepare for the virtual summit. Elizabeth Bai is the GHS Plastics Student Force rep and she came to the summit to serve as a watershed advocate. We have bright, hard-working kids at GHS and it's nice to let them showcase their abilities at events like this. Way to go Gladiators!Fri, 04/24/2020 - 12:40pm

The Glenelg High School food drive collected 2,000 pounds of food—that’s equivalent to 1,660 meals for our neighbors in need! We extend our sincere gratitude to everyone who participated in your drive. Since we were able to hit our goal of 3,141 items donated, a generous donation of $1000.00 dollars was also donated in Glenelg High Schools honor. We appreciate the donor for supporting our cause. We want to thank all of the students and families who helped by donating these items. We appreciate all of you and your continued acts of kindness.Tue, 04/14/2020 - 7:24pm
