Congratulations Football! They won for their 1st Round Playoff game over Century. Come out and support them in the second round on Friday, November 15, 2019, at 7:00 pm, at Glenelg High School. The cost to get into a playoff game is $6.00 for students and adults. We hope you will come out and cheer on our Gladiators! Good Luck and Congratulations!

Congratulations to Maxwell Lu, a 12th-grade violinist in the GHS orchestra, who won an international composition prize and will be traveling later this month to Vienna, Austria to receive his award. As part of the prize, he will have his piece performed and recorded by a professional orchestra. Max has already written several pieces for piano and string quartet, but this is his first piece for symphonic orchestra. Congratulations, Max! We can't wait to hear your incredible piece of music.

Congratulations to Sihyun Jennifer Park, a 10th-grade cellist in the GHS orchestra, who won first place in the Golden Classical Music Awards and was invited to perform at Carnegie Hall in New York City. What an amazing honor. Way to go, Jennifer!

Congratulations to Morgan Stolba who was awarded the Msgr. Valenzano Service Award for outstanding service to the Archdiocese by Archbishop Lori at the Baltimore Basilica on November 3, 2019. Morgan has been an Altar Server for St. Michael’s Church since 2nd grade and serving many masses through the years. This is a very prestigious service award. Congratulations, Morgan!
