Senior Parking Permit Applications
Senior parking permit applications are open. At this time, parking permits will be available for Seniors ONLY.
Seniors ONLY are now able to complete the parking permit application form (must be logged into HCPSS account to access the form) and submit payment online, $15.00 or $15.00 in cash at the time of pick-up. Once we have received all required information and payment, your permit will be prepared and ready for pickup.
Seniors may come to the school to receive their physical parking permit to display in their vehicle during any of the following times:
- During your senior portrait appointment
- During sports try-outs
- Anytime between August 10–18 from 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Please make sure your application is completed and payment has been submitted before coming in to pick up your permit.
Parking permits will be offered to Seniors first. Beginning August 19th, parking permits will become available to Juniors. Freshman and Sophomore CANNOT receive a parking permit.
Juniors - Parking will be available on August 19, Please DO NOT COMPLETE BEFORE.
Have your driver's license and MVA registration information and images ready as you fill out the form below.

Parking Maps for Student Drop-Off and Pick-Up
Student Drop-Off & Pick-Up Procedures
To help keep our students, staff, and families safe, please use the designated drop-off and pick-up locations shown on the map. Do not drop students off in the front bus parking lot .
Parents may use either of the following locations:
Option 1 – Auditorium Entrance Loop (Front of School, Right Side)
- Enter from Burntwoods Road at the main school entrance.
- Stay to the right as you enter the driveway.
- Follow the loop around the front of the auditorium.
- Drop your student off at the designated curbside drop-off area (noted on map).
- Continue through the loop and exit onto Sharp Road.
- Please pull as far forward as possible before your student exits the vehicle.
Option 2 – Student Parking Lot
- Enter from Burntwoods Road using the entrance closest to the student parking lot.
- Follow the designated traffic pattern through the student parking lot.
- Drop students off at the marked sidewalk near the building.
- Exit using the traffic pattern back onto Burntwoods Road.
For Everyone's Safety
- Use only the designated drop-off locations shown on the map.
- Do not stop in travel lanes or block intersections.
- Students should exit only onto the sidewalk side of the vehicle.
- Follow all posted traffic signs/cones.
- Be alert for pedestrians, student drivers, and school buses at all times.
