Flu vaccinations are coming to your child’s school on 10/20/21. They will be given at NO CHARGE TO YOU. Now, more than ever, it is important to protect your family through vaccinations. If you would like your child to be vaccinated, please register BEFORE Friday, October 8.

Participation in the Free and Reduced-Price Meal program qualifies students for the following academic opportunities:

We are looking forward to this year's Homecoming events. Here is what you need to know:

This year's essay theme is "Whatever affects one directly, affects all indirectly" - Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. All students are welcomed to participate. Entries must be submitted via email by 5:00 pm EST on October 15, 2021.

Historically Black College and University Information Session, College Rep Visits, College Essay Writing Workshop

The Howard County Conservancy, HCPSS, and the Howard County Office of Community Sustainability welcome 10th-grade students to apply for their free Student Climate Change Institute. Participating students will hear lectures from climate experts on topics exploring how climate change can impact public health, how environmental policy is made, and more. Participants will also work with experts and fellow students to consider solutions to global climate issues, and grow as ambassadors to form initiatives in schools and communities against climate change.

State tests and the PSAT will be administered between 9/20/21 - 10/13/21.
